Definitely! Our balm works beautifully as a primer — it smooths and hydrates lips so your lipstick applies more evenly and lasts longer. We also recommend using the Lip Sno Lip Exfoliant to buff away dead skin, then soften with the Kiss Me Serum for optimal results for applying lipstick.
